This policy explains what information CareGrowthOS (Okema Ventures LLC) collects through this website and our services, and how we use it. We collect only what we need to respond to you and to serve our clients.
Information we collect
When you contact us or request a website audit, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, agency name, email, phone number and message.
When you pay us, Stripe collects your payment details. We receive your name, business name, email and payment status, never your full card or bank account number.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure.
How we use it
To reply to your inquiry, provide and bill for our services, send service and billing messages, and improve our website. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the business: Stripe (payments), Vercel (website hosting) and our email provider. Each may process data only to provide its service to us. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Client websites and portals
For agencies whose websites and portals we operate, we process the data their visitors and staff submit on the agency's behalf and under its instructions. Each agency is responsible for its own privacy notice to its patients, applicants and staff.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiry and billing records as long as needed for the purposes above and for tax and legal requirements. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@okema.ai.
