Terms, cancellation and refunds

CareGrowthOS is a service of Okema Ventures LLC, a Texas company. These terms explain how we bill for our services, how to cancel, and when refunds apply. Each client also signs a services agreement; if the two differ, the signed agreement controls.
What we provide
We design, build, host and maintain websites and staff portals for home health, home care, PAS and private-duty agencies, and offer related growth services such as local SEO and recruiting pages.
Pricing and billing
Most plans have a one-time setup fee and a monthly service fee. Your quote or services agreement states the exact amounts.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The setup fee is invoiced when the agreement is signed. The monthly fee is charged automatically each month by bank debit (ACH) or card until the plan is cancelled. We never store your full card or bank account numbers.
Cancellation
Monthly plans renew automatically. After any minimum term in your agreement, you can cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice to hello@okema.ai.
On cancellation we provide an export of your data within 30 days. Hosting and portal access end at the close of the final paid period.
Refunds
Setup fees cover design and build work that starts right away, so they are non-refundable once work has begun. If you cancel before any work starts, we refund the setup fee in full.
Monthly fees are not refunded for partial months. If we fail to deliver a service you paid for, contact us within 30 days and we will fix it or refund that charge.
If you see a charge you do not recognize, email hello@okema.ai and we will respond within 2 business days.
Your content and data
You own your agency's name, logo, written content and the data submitted through your site. We own the software, templates and designs we provide, which you may use while your plan is active.
